Missions we support

Pioneers

Pioneers partners with churches to plant new communities of Christians, working wherever possible along local indigenous fellowships.  Focusing on thoes with the least opporunities to hear and understand the Gopel, the hope is that new believers will unite with other believers, forming churches that will themselves plant new churches until all peoples are reached.  Reaching these peopes requires a sensitivity to the unique calling, vision and needs of each missionary.

Wycliffe Bible Translators

At Wycliffe, they believe in universal access for all. They want everyone to have the chance to engage with the message of Jesus - in the language that speaks to them best.
For over 60 years, they have been pioneering and innovating, working alongside communities around the world, creating partnerships, and training local people to translate the Bible: 1.5 billion people are still waiting. One in five people worldwide still doesn't have a Bible in their own language. Many of us have free access to the Bible, while others have none. That's why we work with urgency, for the long term.

Currently they have 362 people from the UK and Ireland serving 326 languages spoken by 461 million people in 56 countries. This is done by partnering with local churches and communities, working alongside them to make it possible for all peoples to discover the Bible for themselves in their own language. Dependent on God, backed by financial and prayer support, specially trained personnel seek to make God's word available to all.
